Replacement muffler and filter for Vertex aeration systems.   The part includes the housing and the MUF202Z replacement filter.  

Housing dimensions: 3.0" x  2.75" (excluding threaded connector)

Filter dimensions: 3.0" x 1.25"  

Thread dimensions: 5/8"

This Vertex washable and reusable filter should be replaced approximately every 3-4 months when the system is running or as needed.  A dirty filter reduces the aeration system's air flow and shortens the life of the compressor. 

Reference the nameplate on your compressor whenever possible to ensure the proper Vertex filter part number and/or size that is required.
